New Hall Well Underway!

Our new hall is coming out of the ground nicely now and causing a bit of a buzz locally! We hope to be able to move in at some point in the Autumn of 2014 and are looking forward to being able to welcome everyone from the local area to join us in our new building.

Planned Gospel Meetings

Those of you living around the Central Fife towns of Lochgelly, Cardenden, Kinglassie and Ballingry and those over the border into Perth & Kinross living around Scotlandwell will have received a leaflet advertising some planned Tent Meetings. The Christians who meet at the Gospel Hall, Ballingry intend to hold meetings at two venues - the old favourite, the Milton, Crosshill (click here for a map) and, for a second time, Lochend Farm, Scotlandwell (click here for a map). The meetings start at the Milton on Sunday 12th August then move to Lochend Farm Sunday 26th August. Each night Sunday through to Thursday the meetings will begin at 8pm and last for about three-quarters of an hour. Everyone is invited and will be made hugely welcome!

Gospel Meetings in the Brag Centre

After a gap of a couple of years, the Christians who meet at the Gospel Hall in Ballingry are planning to hold a series of Wednesday night gospel meetings in the Brag Centre, Crosshill, God willing.

Invitations are due to be distributed around the district and everyone will be very welcome to join us. The meetings start Wednesday 30th November and continue each Wednesday night for 4 weeks. Each meeting will start at 7.45pm and will finish at 8.30pm.

Sunday 21st February 2010

Although smaller this week due to a number being away on holiday and a few suffering from seasonal illnesses, we had a good day. The afternoon Bible Study took the form of a conversational Bible Reading on the subject of 'The Autonomy of the Local Assembly'.

The evening Gospel meeting was shared by Alasdair and Craig. Alasdair spoke from 1 Corinthians 1 vs18-25. Craig spoke from Galatians 6 v14.

Sunday 24th January

Ken was responsible for the afternoon Bible Teaching meeting where he took up the subject of " worship". Craig and Euan shared the gospel service. Craig spoke from Matthew 21 vs 23-27. Euan spoke from Ephesians 2 vs 8-9.

Sunday 17th January

The Sunday afternoon Bible Teaching meeting was taken by Bob, who spoke on "preach the word". The evening gospel service was shared by Ken and Alasdair, who both shared their stories of conversion.
